Paul Courtaud

**Paul Courtaud** has been an entrepreneur since age 16 and co-founded Neobrain in 2018, a startup leveraging AI to anticipate shifts in the job market. After dual degrees from HEC Lausanne and Sciences Po Paris, he earned an MBA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Harvard University. In June 2016, he became president of R.E.D. (Réseau Emploi Durable), uniting stakeholders for the professional integration of workers with disabilities.[1][2] At 22, Paul co-founded Neobrain to equip individuals with career navigation tools amid rapid change, selling his prior company Futurness to L’Etudiant Group that same year to focus on it. Today, Neobrain employs around 100 people across France, Portugal, and Germany, with Paul serving as Chairman after prior CEO roles. In 2021, he acquired Cercle Humania—a leading HR think tank with 600 CHROs from top French organizations—alongside Guillaume Sarkozy, and he serves as a GIGN reservist.[2][4][1] Paul authored *Will AI Replace Me?* in 2023, rallying HR leaders around continuous redeployment and an optimistic skills-first approach to organizational transformations.[1] [1](https://www.neobrain.io/auteurs/paul-courtaud) [2](https://fr.linkedin.com/in/paul-courtaud) [3](https://www.xange.vc/knowledge-hub/032022-neobrain-when-a-solo-founder-rocks-hr) [4](https://en.neobrain.io/about-neobrain) [5](https://execed.iscte-iul.pt/en/faculty/paul-courtaud) [6](https://digitalontrack.com/podcast/paul-courtaud-neobrain-aujourdhui-jai-25-ans-et-ca-fait-11-ans-que-jentreprends/) [7](https://en.neobrain.io/author/paul-courtaud) [8](https://fr.slideshare.net/slideshow/portraitdestartuper-92-neobrain-paul-courtaud/236590970) [9](https://www.unleash.ai/unleashworld/contributors/paul-courtaud-2/) [10](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fUTrjU5x9dA)
