Press release, December 6, 2022 – Only six months after completing its record-breaking fundraising, the scale-up is moving on to the first stage of its international development, a key and strategic step with the launch of its subsidiary in Germany. For this, it will be able to count on Konrad Kleinholz, ex-Tesla, ex-WeWork, who takes the position of General Manager. His mission will be to promote the Neobrain solution based on AI, but above all to carry the vision of the company, which aims to strengthen the performance of companies by basing their organization on the value and development of skills.
The German subsidiary: the first step in Neobrain’s international development
Why did Neobrain choose Germany?
The company has already developed a strong network in the country. Neobrain is the partner of leading editors such as SAP or Personio, with whom it can already collaborate.
Indeed, the scale-up has taken the lead in developing connectors through its API. Neobrain integrates easily with the main German HRIS.
The result: smoother, easier and, above all, more secure data exchanges.
Long-planned international expansion
This international acceleration was announced at the time of the fundraising. It was one of the objectives of this record round of €20 million.
Moreover, Paul Courtaud, the CEO and founder of Neobrain, had this international ambition from the start. The solution was therefore developed to be “duplicable” and adaptable to different markets fairly quickly.
Already present in Portugal (a country ahead in AI research), the scale-up is now also setting up in Germany, a country with one of the lowest unemployment rates in Europe (less than 5%), which has real needs in the face of the shortage of skills.
A presence already noticed at Zukunft Personal
To prepare this launch, Neobrain was present at the Zukunft Personal, a major HR event in Germany, to develop its reputation.
Attached to the fact of creating an ecosystem on the spot, as they do in France, the Neobrain teams have been carrying out, for a few weeks now, various actions in Germany to be visible to the HR community. In recent weeks, they have been developing solid partnerships with consulting firms, integrators and software publishers with complementary know-how.
Konrad Kleinholz appointed General Manager Germany
His background?
Konrad Kleinholz spent almost two years in a sales role at Tesla. He then joined WeWork, the global coworking company, as Global Account Director.
“I am looking forward to deploying Neobrain’s vision in Germany, among others, because it is for everyone: for employees, to support them in their career management, for managers, so that they can better manage skills and the commitment of their teams, and for HR, so that they can align the skills available internally with the global strategy of the company. During my career, I have too often seen good people, outstanding employees, leave their jobs, for the wrong reasons: too few evolution perspectives, too little consideration of their evolution wishes and above all no alignment with the company.
Neobrain responds to these issues: the solution gives autonomy and power to the employee while responding to the real challenge of managers and HR, namely to exploit and engage the human potential of a company in its growth!”
