A graduate of Paris Dauphine University in Organizational Management, Cédric Leonardo leads Neobrain’s core activities around project deployment and long-term customer success. Cédric began his career in 2012 at Orange, working on learning and development topics, then joined Natixis to contribute to an ambitious workforce adaptation program driven by internal mobility. From 2014 to 2021, he moved into consulting at DXC Technology and Magella Consulting, where he helped optimize HR application landscapes for populations ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 employees. His areas of expertise include HR governance, Learning Management Systems, and performance management.
