Corinne Cabanes is the founder of the Sustainable Employment Network (Red). She advocates the right of everyone to have access to a job, regardless of their differences or background. Thus, she and her team have imagined a process of accompanying "dropouts" to bring them back to the labor market.

Corinne is a clinical psychologist by training. She has worked with autistic children and then turned to an HR role at Dassault in Toulouse where she accompanied a major restructuring. Corinne has expertise in the areas of outplacement, reorganization and job and career management.
